Aeroflow Urology is proud to partner with the National Diaper Bank Network to help diaper banks nationwide connect eligible families to free incontinence supplies through insurance. By working together, we help diaper banks focus their resources on the most vulnerable populations who don’t qualify for insurance-covered products — while ensuring no family goes without the care they need.
Why Work With Aeroflow Urology?
Diaper banks are a lifeline for families. Aeroflow Urology builds on that foundation by supporting families with insurance coverage — at no cost to them or to your programs.

Partnering with Aeroflow allows your team to:
- Save families up to $630/month on supply costs.
- Protect your funding by reserving diaper bank products for uninsured families.
- Extend your mission to support older children, teens, and adults with incontinence.
- Offer an insurance option to families and individuals in need. Aeroflow handles paperwork, communication with insurance and healthcare providers, and monthly shipping to patients, all completely free through insurance.
Who can receive supplies through insurance?
Coverage for incontinence supplies depends on state, insurance plan, and medical need, but applies to children and adults who are experiencing an array of bladder leakage symptoms.
Children

Many children qualify when they have conditions such as:
- Autism
- Cerebral palsy.
- Spina bifida.
- Neurogenic bladder / bowel.
For children’s coverage, it is important to note that most insurance plans require the child to be over the age of 3 in order to receive free diapers, pull-ups, or supplemental items such as gloves, wipes, and chux pads.
Adults

Adults often qualify for supplies when they are experiencing regular bladder leakage and have discussed these symptoms with their healthcare provider. Many adults also have conditions that contribute to their incontinence, such as:
- Obesity
- Diabetes
- Postpartum
- Menopause
- Aging and / or mobility issues.
- Medication side effects.
- Degenerative neurological conditions such as Alzheimer's and Dementia.
What Bladder Control Products Does Medicaid Cover?
For Kids:
- Pediatric Diapers: These products have tab closures that allow for easy changing without undressing completely. For young children, children with limited mobility, and wheelchair users, the tear-away side panels make removal easier and more hygienic than pull-ups / pull-ons.
- Pediatric Pull-Ups: Also known as pull-ons, these products are a type of absorbent, disposable underwear featuring stretchy waist and leg openings. They don’t have fasteners or tabs and work well for older, mobile children who prefer a product closely resembling typical cloth underwear.
For Adults:
- Adult Diapers (Adult Briefs): Tab-style briefs for adults with incontinence and / or disabilities or certain medical conditions that cause incontinence. These briefs are equipped with maximum absorbency for the heaviest leakage and are a great option for individuals with less mobility.
- Adult Pull-Ons: Disposable underwear for adults with light to moderate incontinence who want the look and feel of regular underwear. They’re best suited for those who are more mobile and able to use the bathroom independently.
- Bladder Control Pads and/or Male Guards: Discreet, absorbent inserts designed for light to moderate bladder leakage. Pads are shaped to fit comfortably inside regular underwear, while male guards are contoured for men’s needs. Both are a great option for individuals who prefer a low-profile solution without switching to full briefs or pull-ons.
Supplemental Supplies:
- Underpads: Also known as chux, underpads protect furniture such as mattresses or car seats from leaks. They have a soft, absorbent layer on top, with a liquid-proof barrier on the bottom.
- Disposable Wipes: Moist towelettes that make clean-up quick, sanitary, and gentle on skin.
- Disposable Gloves: Single-use gloves that provide a hygienic barrier during product changes or clean-up. They help protect both caregivers and patients by reducing the risk of contamination and keeping hands clean and sanitary.
- Barrier Creams: Creams that moisturize, lubricate, protect skin from rashes, and maintain skin integrity while using incontinence products.
Please note that eligibility and available products vary by state and insurance plan. Patients will require a prescription and proof of medical necessity from their provider before coverage can begin.
