    Underpads, also called chux, are a part of our incontinence accessories category. These pads can be placed on beds, furniture, and car seats. They’re designed to soak up leaks and protect against any surface.

Requirements for Receiving Free Incontinence Supply Samples

In order to receive free incontinence supply samples, you’ll need to qualify for incontinence product coverage through Medicaid or your other Medicaid managed care plan.

Requirements for Kids & Adults

To get diapers, pull-ups, bladder control pads, and other incontinence products free* through insurance, you need:

  • To be 3-4 or older (depending on the state you live in).
  • A signed letter of medical necessity or a prescription from your doctor within the last 12 months.
  • A record of diagnostic information pertaining to the underlying condition that causes incontinence as well as any other medical diagnoses.
  • The number of incontinence supplies needed each month.
  • To be enrolled in a Medicaid or other Medicaid managed care insurance plan.

Your Specialist will help you determine which type of incontinence product will suit you best and you can request free samples of any continence care product until you find the supplies that fit your unique needs.

After submitting your information through our secure form, we’ll reach out to you within 1-2 business days to confirm your coverage. From there, you’ll be able to choose which free samples you’d like to receive and which products you want delivered to your doorstep every month for free.

After you receive your first month’s supply, we’ll send you friendly reminders through your preferred method of communication when it’s time to refill your products.
