Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

  • I submitted the Eligibility Form. When will I know if I can get free incontinence products through insurance?

One of our dedicated Continence Care specialists will reach out to you through a  phone call, email, or text message within 1-2 business days of submitting your information. If you still haven't been contacted within this timeframe, please email, call, or text us at 844-276-5588 and we would be happy to check into your account and provide an update. Our office is open Monday-Friday 8am-5pm ET.

  • Why haven't I gotten an email?

Make sure you check your spam, junk, or promotions folder for an email from Aeroflow Urology. If you still can't find an email from us, please give us a call at 844-276-5588. You may also need to check your text messages for a text from Aeroflow Urology.

  • Will my products continue to be free each month?

As long as your prescription for incontinence products is updated and you’re enrolled in your insurance plan, your supplies won’t cost anything out of pocket and will be shipped to your home for free each month you reorder.

  • How many adult incontinence supplies does Medicaid cover each month?

The amount of adult briefs, bladder control pads, protective underwear, and other supplemental items you can receive each month will depend on what is allowed by your particular insurance plan as well as your prescription. Your specialist will let you know exactly the quantity you are eligible to receive.

  • I have Medicaid but I didn't qualify for free products. Why?

You will receive an email explaining why you didn't qualify for incontinence products. The reason might be one of the following:

    • Aeroflow Urology is not in network with your Medicaid plan, or our contract may not allow us to provide the supplies you are requesting.
    • You may not meet your insurance provider’s age requirement.
    • Incontinence supplies are not a covered item under your Medicaid plan.
    • Your disability or medical condition may not be a qualifying condition under your plan.
